Inlet Probe are normally made from glass tube around 6mm diameter and 87mm long.
The standard Leak element is a platinum pin hole leak.
The glass probe is held inside a heated stainless steel housing which secures the probe in the correct position to maintain gas flow through the leak and into the ion source.
