Five serial ports are brought out through this card. Oneis for the main link to the Gasworks Workstation PC,another is dedicated to Opto22-based external I/O systemsand the remaining three are available for connections touser systems.

All except the Opto22 connection are configurable as either RS232 or RS422/485 and canoperate as either full or half duplex.
