Product Overview
The system uses a Cooler Module to cool the sample gas, and effectively separates and removes condensable impurities such as tar through the condensate generated during cooling.
The internal Mist Eliminator captures fine particles and mist to prevent contamination of downstream equipment. The condensate is designed to be discharged automatically after its level is detected by a Level Switch (Float Switch).
With the Timer Purge System, internal purging and cleaning with steam and N2 gas is possible, and a water cleaning method can also be added depending on site operating conditions
Functions
1. Cooling and Condensate Separation
The Cooler Module cools the sample gas to condense condensable impurities such as tar and naphthalene, and the Mist Eliminator effectively captures mist and fine droplets.
The resulting condensate flows into the Knock Out Pot and can be discharged automatically or manually depending on operating conditions.
2. Automatic Drain System
A Level Switch (Float Switch) detects the level in the Knock Out Pot, and the Solenoid Valve and Drain Pump are automatically controlled according to the detection signal to discharge the condensate.
3. Timer Purge Cleaning System
The interior can be automatically purged and cleaned using steam and N2 gas.
If required, a water cleaning method can also be applied depending on site conditions.
